換貨/退貨需知
退貨(退款)申請條件如下
- 商品均不受理换貨, 符合退貨條件的商品, 官網將在收到商品後為您處理退款。
1) 可以取消訂單的條件如下
- 付款完成24小時後, 訂單狀態仍處於“商品準備中”時 (若訂單狀態為配送準備中時可與賣家確認後進行受理)
- 賣家無任何通知配送日延遲10天以上時。
- 訂購的商品斷貨時。
2) 可以退貨(退款)的條件如下
- 配送的商品有誤時。
- 商品有瑕疵時。
※ 退貨申請步驟
① 簽收商品3天内, 請拍下商品整體圖片以及瑕疵部分圖片上傳至商品諮詢欄進行退貨申請。
(申請内容：訂單編號, 配送錯誤或不良商品编號, 退款申請理由, 圖片)
② 收到退貨申請後會各别與買家連繫。
③ 退貨時,包裝(包裝箱, 各别包裝袋等)內訂單編號, 買家姓名, 會員名紀錄的便條, 請一併附加發送。
* 如未經退貨申請及没有按照申請受理步驟寄回商品時將不予受理退貨及退款。
* 錯誤配送及瑕疵商品如有試穿痕跡或商品吊牌/標籤/領標有受損時將不予受理退貨。
* 退换時要將配送的所有组成品及贈品一起寄回。
